Laylan Shali

Laylan Shali, MD specializes in general cardiology with a special interest in preventative cardiology and women's cardiovascular health. 

Dr. Shali developed her passion for cardiology during her residency at the University of Tennessee, where she was inspired by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients' lives. She enjoys partnering with her patients over the long term to help them improve their cardiovascular health and well-being. As a general cardiologist, her goal is to help her patients live healthy, active, and fulfilling lives.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Shali enjoys exploring new restaurants, reading, and cycling with her family. She is also an enthusiastic support of the Tennessee Volunteers football team.
