The Virginia Heart Community Foundation was established by the providers of Virginia Heart with a mission to support organizations and projects that aim to improve the health and well-being of our community.

About the Virginia Heart Community Foundation:

We recognize that health and well-being encompasses more than just cardiovascular health. With the funds that are donated, the Foundation will provide grants to non-profit organizations who serve the greater Northern Virginia area to address issues such as food insecurity, nutrition, mental health access and other factors that impact our community.
