Dr. Jeremy S. Bock is a board-certified interventional cardiologist who joined Virginia Heart in 2025 after a decade of clinical practice in the Northern Virginia and Washington, DC region. He specializes in the procedural treatment of complex coronary and peripheral vascular disease, with a particular focus on advanced hypertension and pulmonary embolism.
In early 2024, Dr. Bock became the first physician in the Mid-Atlantic United States to perform renal denervation in commercial patients with treatment-resistant hypertension. Since then, he has gained some of the highest clinical experience in the country with this groundbreaking procedure, helping to advance care for patients with difficult-to-manage blood pressure. His practice emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, evidence-based care, and cutting-edge, patient-centered strategies.
Dr. Bock is consistently recognized as a Top Doctor by his peers in Washingtonian, Northern Virginia, and Arlington magazines for his excellence in cardiovascular care.
From September 2025 to June 2026, Dr. Bock will be seeing patients at Virginia Heart’s Loudoun location. After that, he will transition to full-time practice at the Arlington and Alexandria offices.
Dr. Bock lives in Arlington Virginia with his wife and two school-aged children. He is an avid Washington, DC sports fan and enjoys classical music, opera, music history, and travel.
