Erin Simon

Erin Simon, MSN, AGACNP-BC is a board certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner who works with Virginia Heart patients at Fairfax Hospital and in the Fair Oaks office. She serves as the Director of the Virginia Heart Advanced Practice Provider Program, overseeing all Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. 

Erin holds a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and became interested in cardiology during her time working in transplant and advanced heart failure as a registered nurse. 

In her free time, Erin enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their Shiba Inu, Gambit.
