Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death in the United States.  Do you know the risk factors that predispose you to developing cardiovascular disease?  We can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and save lives through early risk reduction efforts.

Please note your total number of risk factors above. If your overall score is equal to or greater than two (2), you need to focus on risk factor modification to reduce your risk of heart disease.
