Lawrence A. Miller, MD, specializes in general and interventional cardiology. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and internal medicine. “People often ask me why I went into cardiology,” he said. “When I was in the 3rd grade, my classmate and best friend died from congenital heart disease. From then on I decided I would become a cardiologist or cardiac surgeon.”
Dr. Miller earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. He pursued his residency at George Washington University Medical Center and completed his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
In his free time, Dr. Miller enjoys playing classical piano and sailing.
