Dean M. Pollock, MD, specializes in general and interventional cardiology. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine and is the medical director of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Cardiac Rehab program at Inova Loudoun Hospital. “I view the onset of cardiac symptoms, the evaluation of risk factors or the occurrence of heart disease as an opportunity to work with patients to change their lives,” he said. “Many people end up much healthier after a heart event than they were before.”
Dr. Pollock earned his medical degree from the University Of Arizona College of Medicine and pursued his residency with the Tucson Hospitals Medical Education Program. He then completed a fellowship in cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic.
In his free time, Dr. Pollock enjoys playing golf and other sports, as well as reading great literature.
