
Robert A. Shor ,
- General Cardiology
Robert A. Shor specializes in general and preventative cardiology, as well as echocardiography and has a special interest in cardiac rehabilitation. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine.
In addition to seeing patients at Virginia Heart, Dr. Shor is also involved
with the American College of Cardiology (ACC) having held numerous leadership positions and continues to
participate on several committees and task forces of the ACC. He is the
current Chair of the
Virginia Cardiac Services Quality Initiative, a statewide voluntary network of health systems and providers
whose Mission is to transform
cardiovascular care and improve heart health. In addition, Dr. Shor has been the Medical Director of INOVA Fairfax Cardiac Rehab for a number of years.
